Backed by community leaders, designed by wellness experts
You’re not a label or a checklist. You’re a person with a story that’s been waiting to be heard.
Therapists, artists, listeners. People who’ve walked through their own storms and now hold space for yours.
Sometimes words are hard. So we offer quiet ways to let it out—through art, through breath, through stillness.
There’s no perfect time. Just a moment when you feel ready enough. That’s when we begin.

We believe mental health isn’t only about moments of crisis. It is about care, creativity, connection, and the quieter things that often go unnoticed. Manasvikaar holds space for all of it. For the thoughts you’re afraid to say out loud and the feelings you’re still trying to name.
Through journaling, storytelling, mindfulness, and creative tools, we make emotional wellness feel more human and more reachable. Especially for young people, students, and anyone who has ever felt left out of traditional systems of care.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of what’s next, know this.
You don’t have to explain everything. You don’t have to be ready.
You just have to show up and we’ll meet you there.
We offer one-on-one therapy sessions, thoughtfully matched for trust and comfort. Come as you are. There is no judgment or pressure. Whether you’re dealing with grief, burnout, identity changes, or unspoken struggles, we’re here to help you feel seen and supported.
These group sessions focus on creativity, mindfulness, and self-expression. Through art, journaling, and open dialogue, we offer a supportive space to process emotions. Ideal for those not ready for traditional therapy but seeking reflection and connection with themselves and others.
We partner with schools, nonprofits, and grassroots groups to make emotional wellness accessible in underserved spaces. Our workshops use empathy, real-life examples, and creative tools to build emotional awareness, resilience, and community support in a safe, inclusive way.

At Manasvikaar, we don’t offer clinical checklists or fast-track fixes.
We create emotionally safe spaces where healing feels human, creative, and deeply personal.
Especially for those who have never felt like therapy was made for them.
We don’t lead with labels. We lead with real listening, trust, and emotional safety. Our sessions are designed to feel less like appointments and more like honest, grounding conversations.
Not everyone heals by talking. That’s why we offer creative, non-clinical formats like guided journaling, mindfulness, and expressive art. You can process your emotions in ways that feel natural and personal to you.
Manasvikaar was created for people often overlooked by traditional systems, young people, students, rural communities, and first-time help seekers. Our offerings are simple, inclusive, and designed to meet you right where you are.

At Manasvikaar, we believe that mental health awareness begins with a simple check-in. How are you feeling today? What’s been weighing on your mind? This is a safe, supportive space, a community for mental health where you can open up without pressure, even before formal counselling with a therapist begins.

There’s no single right path to emotional wellbeing. You might choose to talk to a therapist, write your thoughts in a journal, sit in silence, or explore guided prompts. Our counselling tools and supportive community are here to help you discover what feels right for your healing journey.

Healing isn’t measured by speed. Some days you may feel ready to talk with a therapist, and on other days you may need to pause. Within our community for mental health, you are encouraged to honor your own rhythm. In counselling and in life, your emotional wellbeing matters most, and you deserve the time and space to grow at your own pace.
Mental health awareness is the first step toward healing. You do not need to wait for a crisis to ask for help. At Manasvikaar, we offer a safe community for mental health where you can pause, speak freely, and feel truly heard without needing to explain everything.
There is no fixing and no judgment. Just a therapist or listener who sees you, stays with you, and supports your emotional wellbeing in every moment.
You choose the pace. You choose the tools. Whether it is one conversation or a longer journey, this community for mental health adapts to your needs and helps nurture lasting emotional wellbeing.
Everything you share is safe. Always. Your story stays yours, protected in a space where your trust and healing come first.
Safe, soothing, and silly in the best way.
It was therapy without the pressure.
Art, emotions, and the best food.
I cried, I laughed, and I coloured outside the lines.
So much more than a fun activity.
A gift to my inner child.
We collaborate with many partners to provide the best service.
You don’t have to keep it all together. If you’ve been carrying feelings no one sees, or questions that don’t have easy answers, you’re in the right place. This is a safe community for mental health where we raise mental health awareness, listen without judgment, and walk with you toward healing.
We’re here to understand and support you – helping you begin in your own way, at your own pace, with care for your emotional wellbeing.

That’s completely okay. You don’t need the right words or a clear reason to be here. Sometimes it feels like a heaviness, a numbness, or simply the sense that something isn’t right. That’s enough. Our community for mental health is built to meet you where you are and support your emotional wellbeing - even when you can’t name the feeling.
We offer both. Some of our mental health awareness resources - like emotional check-ins, journaling prompts, and reflection tools - are free. One-on-one sessions with a therapist, support circles, and guided workshops may have a fee. We also provide sliding-scale options so cost never stands in the way of care.
Yes. You can explore free resources, join public workshops, or simply stay connected with our community for mental health. You don’t need to commit to a session with a therapist to begin your journey. Just showing up is enough.
They’re quiet, safe, and built for reflection. Some include writing, some include movement or guided conversations. You can listen, share, or just be. There is no pressure to participate in any specific way.
There is no right time. There is only your time. Some people come during a crisis. Others show up quietly after a long period of feeling nothing. The beginning can be as small as curiosity. And that is enough.
