We offer both. Some of our resources like emotional check-ins, journaling prompts, and reflection tools are free. One-on-one sessions, circles, and guided workshops may have a fee. We also offer sliding scale options if cost is a concern.
Yes. You can explore free content, join public workshops, or just stay connected with us through the community. You don’t need to commit to a session to begin your journey here.
